Library Catalog search
The Search our Library tab of the Library homepage allows you to search just our library catalog (mostly books and media, not articles) by entering your search terms and selecting Sojourner Truth Library Catalog.

Ebook Databases

While the Search our Libraries box allows your search to find ebooks held in multiple databases (and thus may be the most complete search) if you're finding it harder to navigate, you can always search in these specific ebook databases.

An online library of 180,000+ ebooks in a variety of subjects from academic, professional and trade publishers. Most of the e-books in Ebook Central are leased and may be removed from our subscription at the individual publisher's discretion. Future access to these ebooks is not guaranteed.
EBSCO eBook Collection This link opens in a new window
Electronic versions of books.

Internet Archive
Large archive of freely available information from the web, including many digitized 19th century texts.

Searching for print books for pickup

This video talks about how to search in the Library catalog for books, other physical materials, and ebooks that the library has access to. You will be able to request these books from a link on the book's catalog entry page.
