It's hard to maintain physical distances from the people you love. We get it. We not-so-secretly wish we could frolic with our families and friends, totally unencumbered by fear of germs, contagion, and general safety. But while we continue to navigate through this strange new world, there are so many marvelous things to be grateful for and appreciate. Winning an online game, meeting your weekly fitness goal(s), and finishing an intellectually and emotionally arduous semester are just a few things on which we can choose to focus our attention and stay optimistic.
This month, we hope to convince you to try various different ways to safely connect with others, including video chats and watch parties. We are all doing the best we can, and our goal is to end this year with happiness, wellness, and a newfound connection to others that will meaningfully shape the future.
